We are an international team of inspired professionals dedicated to unlocking the potential and talents of every child. The goal of Bala-City is to create conditions for the comprehensive, multilingual development of children through the use of modern educational technologies, as well as by immersing them in an atmosphere of care and cooperation.

Bala-City teachers who are native speakers not only teach children but also communicate with them daily in a natural and relaxed setting. Through games, lessons and conversations, children improve their skills in their native languages — Russian and Tatar — while also learning foreign languages such as English and Chinese.

Opened in 2022, this is one of our newest campuses with a modern, cozy interior. Our educational centre "Mother and I" was launched at this campus. Five daily halal meals are provided.

Dubrava is the only campus that combines a kindergarten, an elementary school and an educational centre. This helps children smoothly adapt to the first grade after graduating from kindergarten. It is located in the eco-friendly Dubrava eco-park.

We joined the Bala-City kindergarten at the Bulak in August 2021.
Last spring and summer we faced a choice: to enter primary school at 6 years old or stay in kindergarten (we were attending another one). Honestly, we set a high bar for ourselves and were preparing for school. We attended preparatory classes at school and also completed a school prep course in kindergarten…

We joined the Bala-City kindergarten at the Bulak in August 2021.

Last spring and summer we faced a choice: to enter primary school at 6 years old or stay in kindergarten (we were attending another one). Honestly, we set a high bar for ourselves and were preparing for school. We attended preparatory classes at school and also completed a school prep course in kindergarten.

Since we have an older son who is already in second grade, I understood how difficult it is for a six-year-old to start school. In the end, we decided to let him "mature" for one more year in kindergarten.

Since we had already gone through the entire last-year kindergarten programme, we wanted to focus on learning English. Judging by reviews from friends, Bala-City was the best choice for this, as it has some of the best foreign native-speaking teachers with many years of experience working with children.

At the moment, as a Bala-City student and having experienced the education system from within, we see tremendous changes. Emir has progressed from almost zero to a good level of English. We were very lucky that our children study with a professional native-speaking teacher, Mr. Matthew. The children are fully immersed in the language environment. Most importantly, learning English has become a joy for them. Everything is so gentle and comfortable, as Mr. Matthew spends almost his entire workday with them. Emir runs to kindergarten happily in the mornings, and in the evenings he only complains that he was picked up too early…

We love that Emir is motivated to learn and that the teachers in this kindergarten know how to spark children’s interest. The Bala-City teaching staff constantly come up with exciting activities for both children and parents. It feels like there’s always movement and events happening.

As working parents, it’s very convenient for us to know that by enrolling our child in this kindergarten, Emir receives comprehensive development all in one place. Here we find both Russian and international programmes, as well as the option to choose extracurricular clubs.

We feel confident knowing our children are in safe hands, as along with a high-quality educational process, nutrition and childcare fully comply with health standards and regulations.

Both of my children attend Bala-City kindergarten at the Dubrava campus. And I am very happy that we are not saying goodbye to it but staying on at the school here.

We chose a kindergarten for our children very carefully and never once regretted our choice. Everything is wonderfully organized in this kindergarten, from learning activities and tasty, varied meals to amazing holiday performances. But most of all, I want to highlight our wonderful teachers: Miss Albina, Miss Ellina, and Tatyana Mikhailovna. Huge thanks to them for everything they do for our children! The teachers are always kind and attentive with the kids, always able to find an approach to each child (I know this because our son is not easy to connect with), and they are true professionals.

So many interesting activities are held every day, and so much soul is put into their work — it feels like their imagination is limitless! And the daily photo and video reports, for which we are especially grateful, give us the chance to see everything that happened during the day. I also want to highlight their work with parents: they always explain, give advice, and our requests and comments never go unnoticed. I would also like to thank our head teacher Olga Alekseevna, the methodologist Guzel Zakariyevna who created order, friendliness and warmth in the kindergarten.

I especially want to mention our beloved Prospeсt campus and thank every teacher, for their attention and care, and of course our favorite educators: Gayane Nizmovna, a teacher with great experience, and Miss Ruzalina, thanks to whom Ralina always happily goes to kindergarten. After graduating from our kindergarten, we will go to the Bala-City Academy with our classmates.

Special thanks to the Bala-City leadership for the warm, home-like atmosphere in every campus! And special gratitude for paying attention to the children’s nutrition.

Modern teaching methods are used in classes. And as a teacher myself, I always noticed positive changes in my child’s development. Even after just one year, we saw a big leap. Now sometimes our older daughter listens with envy as Denis enthusiastically tells us what new things he learned in kindergarten! And to remember names of artists, he would write them down himself and bring them home to share☺️ To spark a child’s interest — that is priceless!

Of course, we feel proud of our kids, seeing that they are discovering their talents from such an early age! And the celebrations are incredible — everyone becomes a true performer! Every event is inspiring and impressive.

The times when kindergartens were chosen only for location are gone. Today parents want comfort, safety, and quality preschool education!

Our family was no exception. I very carefully chose a kindergarten for my older son. After visiting dozens of them in the city centre, I finally came to Bala-City at the Dubrava campus. It was love at first sight! Unlike central kindergartens, this one is located in a green zone by the forest: quiet, fresh air, birdsong, a large secure territory.

That’s why we sent our younger daughter Emma here without hesitation. She started at 2 years old, and her adaptation went smoothly — or rather, it didn’t exist at all. From day one she happily attends.

At Bala-City much attention is given to children’s health: they go outside twice a day, meals are varied, rooms are regularly aired, during flu season they visit the salt room and receive preventive medical massages. For us, psychological and physical comfort was key, so I emphasize these features.

The main goal of kindergarten is to preserve the uniqueness of childhood and create a supportive social environment for each child’s development according to their age and individuality.

Bala-City has everything to achieve this: caring staff, qualified specialists, a wide range of clubs and sports, entertainment and educational events. But most importantly — there is great love for children and for their work!

That is why we once came to Bala-City — and the kindergarten fully met our expectations.

From the very first day, our child was surrounded by love and care. Adaptation to the new group was overseen by a professional psychologist who worked with both the child and us.

For our family, it was important:

1) That our child felt like a person. In our kindergarten we see an individual approach, the child is heard, encouraged to express themselves, and their interests are supported.

2) That our child felt comfortable and calm. Our kindergarten is like a big family where teachers are sincerely involved, attentive, and caring.

Our daughter is now in the preparatory group at the kindergarten. This year she graduates and goes to Bala-City school! We want to say huge thanks to our teachers, and the educators for their care, warmth, and attention to our children, for high-quality education, a comfortable environment, and for well-rounded and nurturing development!

Olivia happily and eagerly attends kindergarten. We see how much she enjoys it, how interesting it is, and how good and comfortable she feels. She especially loves the Mind Games club, STEM lessons, My Museum, and learning Chinese and Tatar. And of course, we have noticed her English level grow significantly — thanks to her international teacher, Miss Robin.

Choosing a kindergarten is like choosing a second home for your child, because it is where they spend most of their time and where the foundation of their personality will be built. It is a place — and most importantly, people — you trust with your most precious treasure.

For every parent it is important that the child feels comfortable, warm, and cared for, and goes happily to school or kindergarten. It matters who surrounds the child and in what environment they will grow and interact with peers.

A teacher or educator is not just someone who gives knowledge to your child. It is someone with a soul, shining eyes, and unconditional love for children. And that is exactly what we found in our beloved Bala-City kindergarten.

The environment is absolutely comfortable, the teachers are highly qualified, and the activities are interesting and creative. No other kindergarten offers such a variety of lessons, programmes, and events as Bala-City.

When it came to choosing a kindergarten for our younger son Rinel, we didn’t hesitate.

We were happy when the opportunity appeared to continue studying at Bala-City school, in the same familiar atmosphere of comfort, togetherness, and warmth — and most importantly, with the same friends!

At first sight, we loved the kindergarten territory and playgrounds.

I saw how quickly my three-year-old's vocabulary grew. She constantly sings songs in English and Chinese.

And most importantly for parents, the child happily goes to kindergarten every morning and comes home full of bright impressions. That is the best proof that we made the right choice!

We chose Bala-City in 2018. When our son was born, we already knew exactly where he would go. Amelia started kindergarten at 2.4 years old, and Daniel at 1.6 (because we trusted the kindergarten and saw no reason to hire a nanny). Amelia spent two years in a regular group and then transferred to the international group at Dubrava.

Amelia says Bala-City is the best kindergarten in the world because:
— only here children can perform on the big stage of "Piramida" at 6 years old and at the "Sabantuy" holiday at 4−5 years old;
— here are the best teachers (Museum, Bala-Art, Cheerleading, Robotics, Vocals, Science, Chinese);
— here she met her best friend
As parents, we value in our kindergarten:
— an approach to education where the children can express themselves, explore the world, and learn how to communicate;
— learning with native speakers, which allows our child to confidently use English when traveling, reading books, and watching cartoons in the original;
— a high level of interaction between Bala-City and parents (parent clubs, family holidays with children, and thematic events for moms and dads);
— an individual approach to the child and readiness to find solutions in non-standard situations;
— and as a bonus, a wonderful parent community where we make new friends: going to ballet, exhibitions, breakfasts after morning events, and children’s birthday parties — it is always warm and joyful

Many of our friends are surprised by Amelia’s knowledge and skills, and we believe this is largely thanks to our right decision to choose this kindergarten. We plan to continue education at Bala-City, but now at the school level.

In fact, we started thinking about kindergarten even before our son was born. When he turned 3, we enrolled him in the nearest kindergarten just 100 meters from home. Unfortunately, Aziz didn’t like it very much. On the advice of friends, we then transferred him to Bala-City after visiting it for a tour. We were immediately impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere, and we thought our child would feel comfortable here.

We were not mistaken: his adaptation took just one day. Attending Bala-City, Aziz literally began to blossom — he became more positive and open to the world. Very soon he had friends and new hobbies. He always spoke about kindergarten with excitement. At Bala-City, children study Math, Literacy, Robotics, "Smart games," and also English, Chinese, and Tatar. Aziz happily participated in all the activities.

Now Aziz is 7 years old and will be starting school this year. We decided to enroll him in the Bala-City international school so he can continue in the same direction. We are very satisfied with his progress: he learned to read and write in kindergarten, easily communicates with people on different topics, including in foreign languages, and also has an excellent memory. His school readiness is outstanding!

We are very grateful to Bala-City teachers and educators for their sensitivity, attentiveness, and professionalism. We are sure they will raise many more generations of bright and talented children. We wish the Bala-City team success in everything!
